Assistant Attorney General Thomas E. Perez Black Panther case lacks proof

Assistant Attorney General Thomas E. Perez told the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights on Friday there was “insufficient evidence” to bring a civil complaint against members of the New Black Panther Party who disrupted a Philadelphia polling place in the 2008 general elections.

Mr. Samir Shabazz, head of the Philadelphia chapter, and Jerry Jackson, a Philadelphia party member, were videotaped outside a polling place wearing black military-style uniforms, which included combat boots and black berets. Mr. Samir Shabazz also brandished a nightstick.

The department did obtain an injunction against Mr. Samir Shabazz prohibiting him from brandishing a weapon outside a polling place until 2012. SOURCE

Looks to this voter that Obama has our Justice system in his control and so why would Attorney General Thomas E. Perez come up with any other answer?  There is videos of the Black Panthers at the polling place with weapons and Perez says there isn’t any proof! Pictures speak louder than words!  Make you wonder why Mr. Samir Shabazz was being prohibiting from brandishing a weapon outside a polling place until 2012,  kind of strange to come up with 2012 huh?  Yes when Obama will be up for reelection! Wonder what General Thomas E. Perez would have said if it had been a few KKK members instead of the Black Panthers?

UPDATE APRIL 30: Blagojevich’s lawyers asked a federal judge to subpoena the president to testify about questions surrounding the government’s allegation that Blagojevich was selling or trading Obama’s Senate seat

The blacked-out portions of a subpoena request filed by lawyers for former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich — which were revealed through a simple computer trick suggest President Obama may have played a role in finding his own Senate replacement.

On Thursday, Blagojevich’s lawyers asked a federal judge to subpoena the president to testify about questions surrounding the government’s allegation that Blagojevich was selling or trading Obama’s Senate seat after his election to the White House in November 2008.

“President Barack Obama has direct knowledge of the Senate seat allegation,” reads Blagojevich’s 11-page motion, filed with U.S. District Judge James B. Zagel.

Lawyers for Blagojevich also subpoenaed Sen. Dick Durbin.

Stand by people, looks as if this could get interesting and we could find out how big a radical crook we have as a president! We where told over and over that Obama was a radical socialist politician during the campaign and he still got voted into the White House, now that we can see that he really is the most radical socialist president will we vote him out of the White House in 2012 or will we be stupid enough to give him 4 more years to turn our great Country into a European style socialist one!

UPDATE April 30: A federal judge in Chicago has refused to issue a subpoena for President Barack Obama to testify at former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s political corruption trial.

Obama administration: US cities may have to be bulldozed in order to survive

Dozens of US cities may have entire neighbourhoods bulldozed as part of drastic “shrink to survive” proposals being considered by the Obama administration to tackle economic decline.

Mr Kildee said he will concentrate on 50 cities, identified in a recent study by the Brookings Institution, an influential Washington think-tank, as potentially needing to shrink substantially to cope with their declining fortunes.

Most are former industrial cities in the “rust belt” of America’s Mid-West and North East. They include Detroit, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Baltimore and Memphis. Read More
