Unlike many of the lawsuits regarding Mr. Obama’s citizenship – which claim he was born on foreign soil – Mr. Donofrio’s case concedes that Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii as he claims. Mr. Donofrio contends, however, that Mr. Obama is not a “natural born citizen,” as Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution requires.
“Don´t be distracted by the birth certificate and Indonesia issues,” Mr. Donofrio said in a statement on the Citizen Wells Web site. “They are irrelevant to Senator Obama´s ineligibility to be president.
“Since Barack Obama´s father was a citizen of Kenya, and therefore subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of Senator Obama´s birth, then Senator Obama was a British citizen ‘at birth,’ just like the framers of the Constitution, and therefore, even if he were to produce an original birth certificate proving he were born on U.S. soil, he still wouldn´t be eligible to be president.”

When the justices of the U.S. Supreme Court meet on Dec. 5th, in their regular private conference to decide which cases to hear, two lawsuits that have captivated a segment of the blogosphere will be up for discussion. Both urge the court to consider claims that President-elect Obama is not qualified to be president, because he is not a natural-born American citizen.

Does this Barack Obama birth certificate issue bug you because, although improbable, it’s possible that he’s not a natural born citizen, isn’t eligible to be President under the Constitution, and this issue could be bigger than Watergate or any other “gate” in history?
Are you afraid that if you were even to raise the subject with your friends that they will think you wear a tinfoil hat, because Factcheck.org, the final arbiter of truth in the universe, said so?

Thousands of people are jumping aboard a petition that demands documentation of President-elect Barack Obama’s eligibility to hold the highest office in the U.S., not just assurances from party officials. Within only a few hours of its launch, more than 10,000 petitioners today had joined the effort coordinated by WND founder and editor Joseph Farah
A report accompany Farah’s petition explains the many questions raised about Obama’s eligibility, from an apparently fabricated “Certification of Live Birth” posted online to questions about what nation’s passport he used during to travel to Pakistan.
The signature total was over 45,000 by late Saturday evening.
As WND reported, one case is scheduled for a conference among U.S. Supreme Court justices Dec. 5.

If the U.S. Supreme Court justices is worth their salt they will enforce the showing of proof to The American people of Obama’s eligibility or not! My question is if there isn’t a problem then why would Obama withhold information and why would he had posted a fake BC on his own web page trying to fool the American people?
