Liberals sing a different tune: MoveOn.org has removed its “General Betray Us” ad from its website

In a classic example of liberal hypocrisy, the far-left leaning, George Soros-funded group MoveOn.org has removed its controversial “General Betray Us” ad from its website.

For those that have forgotten, shortly after General David Petraeus issued his report to Congress in September 2007 concerning the condition of the war in Iraq and the success of that March’s troop surge, MoveOn placed a full-page ad in the New York Times with the headline, “General Petraeus or General Betray Us?” Read More At The Source

 

How about it Liberals,  why aren’t you still calling General Petraeus the General Betray Us?   Could it be that it will take  Gen. Petraeus to pull your wimp of a president out of the trouble he’s got himself into by being inexperience.  Where is your big mouths at now?   Oh and by the way Liberals, we’re still fighting this terrorist war.  You’re not marching around calling for Obama to pull the troops out…why not? Yes if I were you I would be hanging my head in shame also!

Tea Party Patriots: Barack Obama Town Hall Meeting a ‘Cartoon’

Grassroots conservatives warn that President Obama’s town hall meeting on healthcare Tuesday will be a “glorified infomercial,” carefully orchestrated to manipulate public opinion and present the president as the voice of moderation.

“They’re very smart in picking their battles,” Everett Wilkinson, a leader of the national Tea Party Patriots organization, tells Newsmax. “It does look like they’re bringing in some serious union people, busing them in, so it’s going to be a controlled environment, like the ones they did in Tampa and St. Louis.”

You really can tell that Obama hand picked his choosen few to be in the town hall meeting by taking a look at the people left outside protesting against Obama’s government ran health care, while the choosen few inside was bending over for thei savior Obama! It would take a blind person not top see what was going on!

4 more years of President Bush policy on Iraq

Gates said Tuesday he was “impressed” by statements Obama has already made on issues such as the Iraq War.

“He also said he wanted to have a responsible drawdown, and he also said that he was prepared to listen to his commanders,” Gates said. “That’s exactly the position a president-elect should be in.”

Gates said Obama impressed him last month when the two men met in the fire station at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. On the same day, Obama met with Bush and shortly before he met with Adm. Michael Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

“I was impressed by his reaching out to Admiral Mullen, to come sit down and talk with him, and he has made clear that he wants to have a regular dialogue with the chairman and the chiefs and the commanders,” he said.
