Florida have begun crafting anti-illegal-immigrant legislation modeled after an Arizona law


It seem that Arizona will not be alone in this fight to stop illegal-immigrants from coming into the United States. Maybe if Obama would do his job of securing our borders then such laws would not be needed. I feel that Obama is again using the border issue to corrupt America just as he’s using the BP oil spill to cut off drilling for our own oil. The more I see of Obama’s actions the more I think he’s not doing anything that will better America and doing everything he can to tear our great Nation down.

Florida Republican leaders have begun crafting anti-illegal-immigrant legislation modeled after an Arizona law.

Under the proposed bill, police would have broad power under state law to ask suspects for proof of legal residency, said Rep. William Snyder, a Republican from Stuart who plans to introduce the legislation in November.

“We have significant components from the Arizona bill that I plan to incorporate,” he said. “We have the beginnings of it.”

The effort, which would be filed for consideration during the March legislative session, is already drawing broad support within the GOP.

Majority leaders in the Florida Senate and House said a new approach is needed to address the federal government’s failure to temper illegal immigration.

It has the backing of both leading Republican gubernatorial candidates businessman Rick Scott and Attorney General Bill McCollum, whose office is helping to draft the bill.

Snyder, a former police officer, said the proposed legislation is needed to protect undocumented immigrants, who are vulnerable to abusive employers and violent criminals.Read more

Obama: Looking To Bypassing Congress To Grant Legal Status To Illegals

The Obama administration is in trouble on all fronts, illegal immigrants, border control, BP oil spill, Blagojevich  trial,  American jobs, and the war against terrorist now in a hurry trying to pass laws illegally before president is a lame duck in November.  Nancy Pelosi is getting worried that Obama will be investigated for all the illegal moves he has made and now begging for money to fight the investigations. I feel that we the American people will learn a lot about who Barack Hussein Obama really is and why he’s trying to bankrupt out great nation after the mid-term elections.

The Obama administration has been holding behind-the-scenes talks to determine whether the Department of Homeland Security can unilaterally grant legal status on a mass basis to illegal immigrants, according to Fox News.

Obama Could Face Impeachment If He Pardons Illegals

Republicans, led by Arizona Sen. John McCain, have been angered that Obama has done little to secure the U.S.-Mexico border.

Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly is warning that if President Barack Obama ever bypasses Congress and uses his pardon power to make millions of illegal aliens citizens, he could face serious calls for his impeachment.

“If President Obama were to sign an executive order giving illegal aliens amnesty, his career would be over and an impeachment movement would explode,” O’Reilly said…SOURCE

Nancy Pelosi Begging for Money to fight investigations against President Obama

Pelosi hopes supporters will cough up contributions to head off various “subpoenas and investigations” that would follow once the GOP takes the majority.

Blagojevich’s “day in court” not looking good for him or for Obama

The tapes that have been played so far in the trial of former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich are making it sound more and more like Blagojevich was seeking a quid pro quo deal: the appointment of Valerie Jarrett to Obama’s former Senate seat in exchange for a Cabinet position in Obama’s administration. But it isn’t looking good for Obama either.

According to the Chicago SUN-TIMES, “John Harris, Blagojevich’s former chief of staff, testified Wednesday in the former governor’s corruption trial that three days after the Nov. 4, 2008, presidential election, the ex-governor told Harris he felt confident Obama knew he wanted to swap perks.” SOURCE

17 states have launched versions of Arizona’s immigration law

In what is developing into a standoff between states and the federal government that could be bigger than gun control or even health care, 17 states have launched versions of Arizona’s immigration law, even as federal officials say they may not bother to process illegal aliens caught by the states.

“Over the last couple days, Obama and the chief of ICE have refused to honor their oaths of office,” he said. “Their constitutional requirement is to enforce existing laws.

States where some form of immigration crackdown is under development include Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas and Utah. Read More…..

16 illegals sue Arizona rancher

An Arizona man who has waged a 10-year campaign to stop a flood of illegal immigrants from crossing his property is being sued by 16 Mexican nationals who accuse him of conspiring to violate their civil rights when he stopped them at gunpoint on his ranch on the U.S.-Mexico border.

Roger Barnett, 64, began rounding up illegal immigrants in 1998 and turning them over to the U.S. Border Patrol, he said, after they destroyed his property, killed his calves and broke into his home.

Obama and the democrats don’t want to face the immigration problem cause they need the illegal immigrants votes. Obama wants as many illegal immigrants in this Country as will come before he gives them amnesty, it means more votes to keep the democrats in control of our government. What we as voters need to do is kick Barack Obama out of our White House and the democrats out of congress, maybe then we could control our borders
