Nancy Pelosi and Dick Cheney

Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and former Vice President Dick Cheney have little in common politically, but they receive almost identical image ratings from the American public. According to a May 29-31 Gallup Poll, 37% of Americans have a favorable view of Cheney and 34% have a favorable view of Pelosi. UPDATE: 6 JUNE

As the Sotomayor bounce faded, the President’s ratings slipped following the General Motors bankruptcy filing. Just 26% of Americans believe the GM bailout and takeover was a good idea and nearly as many support a boycott of GM products. It remains to be seen whether the dip in the President’s numbers is a temporary reaction to recent news or something more substantive. Keep reading

‘Sanctions’ sought in eligibility case
President’s attorneys file motion demanding birth, college records be withheld from public

A high-powered team of Los Angeles attorneys representing President Obama in his effort to keep his birth certificate, college records and passport documents concealed from the public has suggested there should be “monetary sanctions” against a lawyer whose clients have brought a complaint alleging Obama doesn’t qualify for the Oval Office under the Constitution’s demand for a “natural born” citizen in that post. Eligibility issue: McCain checked but not Obama

February 10, 2009 – A lawsuit that accuses Congress of failing to investigate President Obama’s birthplace before approving the Electoral College vote giving him the presidency has been amended to include additional claims of rights violations, including unequal treatment, because Congress did such an investigation into GOP candidate Sen. John McCain.

That word comes from Mario Apuzzo, the lawyer handling the case on which WND previously has reported.

The case raises many of the same arguments as dozens of other cases that have flooded into courtrooms around the nation since the November election.

The case was brought by Apuzzo on behalf of Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. It names as defendants Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

It just will not go away will it Barack? The only way Obama can get this off his shoulders is by proving his eligibility, which he has not done yet. Why did Obama have his lawyers fighting the law suits to keep from showing his birth cert.? There has to be a good reason for him to go to so much trouble.  Obama don’t you think its about time that you tell the American people what dark secret you’re trying to hide?
