This editorial sure has it right on the button and yes it will be one ugly sight to see.  Obama will not get by with all the mommy baby boy talk in the general election as he will not be talking to the far left democrats as he was in the primaries.  He will now be coming up against us small town WHITE Americans who in his words are clinging to our guns because we are bitter.   

From the Editorial of The Washington Times:The greatest hurdle for Mr. McCain will be the Obama double-standard. The man who wants to “unify” the races and not make this an election about race, will be the standard-bearer for racial politics. Republicans won’t be able to say a word about Mr. Obama without being called racists.

Every ad, word, letter and gesture will be scrutinzed for any subtle hint of racism, racial undertones, race sounding and race baiting meaning imaginable. Even legitimate criticsm of Mr. Obama’s record (or lack thereof) will be characterized in some way racial by the left. It’s a sucker punch of the worst kind that Dems are never held accountable for. Their claims go unchallenged, unquestioned and Republicans — erroneously — take it in the gut — never calling foul.

The Rev. Jeremiah Wright ad run by the North Carolina GOP is a glaring case-in-point and early indication of what’s to come. The local party picked a wholly legitimate issue, while Mr. McCain tried to paint a picture of campaign nobility by immediately denouncing the ad. True to form, Mr. Obama pulled out his racial deck of cards demanding Mr. McCain have it pulled. Assuming that: 1) Mr. McCain actually could (the NC GOP is an independent entity) and 2) Mr. Obama had the “audacity” to even ask. Mr. McCain could no more have the ad pulled than Mr. Obama could have Moveon.org pull the “General Betray Us” ad — of which Mr. Obama sat idly by and never once even condemned. http://www.washingtontimes.com/article/20080513/EDITORIAL/516225692/1013

Please please you may want to think about this for a while to make up your mind to read it or just bypass it and let me go unless you want to get down and get dirty with me while I cling to my gun.

Yes this Tarheel is disapointed in the great state of North Carolina and its people.  We are not that dumb to let a man that has lied so much on the campaign trail to fool us into allowing him to win North Carolina over a lady yet.  I hope that the ones that sit at home saying that their one vote would not count anyways has to cling to their Church and ask forgiveness for being so lazy. 

How soon those that didn’t vote forget what Obama said about us small town hard working middle class white people.  He said that we cling to our guns because we are bitter,  now are you hunters all bitter or just to stupid to vote. Are all you couch potatoes to lazy to get off that butt and vote, or are you just laying around waiting for the next free hand out.  Yes I’m bitter and its my right to be.   

 I’m going to cling to my gun until Sunday and then go and cling to my Church but its not because I’m bitter at my government, I’m bitter that the democratic party is trying to ram a man call Barack Hussein Obama on us down south here!   He has lied, he has friends that most Americans would not speak to, a pastor that is anti-American and has called our young military men and women terrorist.  Yes I’m bitter at you people that did not vote!    

There is a good reason that Obama has failed to win over the white working class,  first and foremost he has looked down his nose at the small town working class Americans by saying that they’re clinging to guns and Church because they’re bitter.  

Most white class working Americans do not want more taxes taken out of their pay checks,  they need the money to provide for their own family and not to send across the pond to some other country that does not respect America anyways.  If Obama were to become president he said that he would be willing to raise the Capital Gains tax to 28%, its now 15% and if it was raised it would hurt the middle class working Americans the most.  He would also raise your taxes to pay for all the other programs he wants for the Couch Potatoes.  Obama isn’t for the Working White Man!

Obama we small town white Americans are not running around the big cities clinging to our guns and being bitter at the World and all thats in it.  Obama we small town white Americans are out here working trying to help feed you city people and the couch potatoes. 

So Obama get over your being bitter and stop letting Rev Wright fill your head with hate and you will have a chance to become a better man that can make good decisions of who you are friends with.  You have problems, many of them and they are called friends by you!
