Obama May Have Illegally Spent $10 Million Promoting Abortion in Kenya

New information obtained by a member of Congress makes it appear the Obama administration has spent $10 million potentially illegally promoting a pro-abortion constitution in Kenya. Obama officials were thought to have spent $2 million but Rep. Christ Smith says that figure could exceed $10 million.

Lobbying for or against abortion is prohibited under a provision of federal law known as the Siljander Amendment annually included in the State, Foreign Operations Appropriations Act.

The amendment reads, “None of the funds made available under this Act may be used to lobby for or against abortion,” and violations are subject to civil and criminal penalties under the Antideficiency Act, 31 U.S.C. § 1341.” READ MORE AT SOURCE

This is just another example of a lawless president and his lawless administration! Think about it, the democrats is as guity as Obama because they support his far left agenda. Looks as if we the people are the only ones that can put a stop to these crimes by voting these democrats out of Washington and Obama out of our White House!

UPDATED: Religious Leaders Call for Civil Disobedience if….

A formidable coalition of 150 Catholic, Orthodox and evangelical leaders are calling on Christians in a new manifesto to reject secular authority and even engage in civil disobedience if laws force them to accept abortion, same-sex marriage and other ideas that betray their religious beliefs.

The White House is on a collision course with Catholic bishops in an intractable dispute over abortion that could blow up the fragile political coalition behind President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul.
A top Obama administration official on Thursday praised the new Senate health care bill’s attempt to find a compromise on abortion coverage _ even as an official of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops said Sen. Congressman Patrick Kennedy has been barred from receiving Communion by his Bishop in Rhode Island.
Bishop Thomas Tobin has barred Patrick, the son of the late Senator Edward Kennedy, because of his position on abortion rights.
“The bishop instructed me not to take Communion and said that he has instructed the diocesan priests not to give me Communion,” Kennedy told the Providence Journal.
It is not clear if other bishops will follow Tobin’s lead. Kennedy also attends Mass frequently in Massachusetts, where the family has a home.
Kennedy said the bishop had told him “that I am not a good practicing Catholic because of the positions that I’ve taken as a public official,” particularly on abortion.
The dispute between the two men began in October when Kennedy criticized the nation’s Catholic bishops for threatening to oppose health care legislation unless it included tighter controls on federally funded abortion. SOURCE

Some liberals on U.S. Supreme court inventing rights

One of the most conservative justices on the U.S. Supreme Court said Monday his more liberal colleagues are trying to manufacture new constitutional rights that were never intended by the drafters.

“The fight is about the Supreme Court inventing new rights nobody ever thought existed,” Justice Antonin Scalia said in an appearance at the University of Arizona College of Law.

“Right to abortion?” he asked. “Come on. Nobody thought it violated anything in the Constitution for 200 years. It was criminal.” The same, said Scalia, is true of homosexual sodomy. Yet the nation’s high court has struck down state laws banning both.

“They may be bad ideas,” Scalia said. “But don’t tell me it’s unconstitutional.” Read More

Its not just the Liberals in the Supreme court inventing rights, the Liberals in Congress could be forcing Americans to buy health insurance that some law makers is calling unconstitutional and lord knows all the things unconstitutional going on in the White House under the leadership of Barack Obama.
