Has North Carolina Learned It’s Lesson?

North Carolina ranked fourth laziest state in America. Which has nothing to do with learning our lesson or does it?

In 1976 North Carolina went for Dem. Jimmy Carter and after that lesson didn’t vote again for a Democrat until Barack Obama in 2008. Under Obama the unemployment is at an all time high, American/Mexico border not secure, Iran with an upper hand over the White House and spending running wild, North Carolina voters should have learned the same lesson we did with Jimmy Carter. Adding to this is Obama’s campaign promises not kept, bringing the troops home from Iraq, closing down Gitmo. More to the List of Obama wrongs, using the race card, slow responds to the Gulf oil spill, bring law suit against Arizona immigration law, not bring the Black Panthers to justice and I could keep going but if we Tarheels hasn’t learned our lesson by now. North Carolinians are spending more time in front of the tv, and just overall relaxing more than most states. The study says people in our state spend about twelve and a half hours a day sleeping, socializing, and watching tv. Read more at wnct.com

Forfeiture of Carolina Furniture Mart blow to manufacturing industry in North Carolina


More jobs lost, more companies closing, is hurting North Carolina and many other states and Barack Obama and the democrats keep on spending like crazy. If all the unemployed vote against the democrats that are responsable for this mess they would make up a big bloc of voters. Lets clean out Congress in November and the White House in 2012!

Vornado Realty Trust is opting to forfeit a 2 million-square-foot furniture mart in High Point, N.C., to holders of its $191 million securitized mortgage.

Furniture marts are showcases where manufacturers and wholesalers display their wares for retailers and other buyers.

Vornado started skipping mortgage payments earlier this year as the High Point property’s cash flow no longer covered its interest costs.

The forfeiture is another blow to the manufacturing industry in the Carolinas. The region’s textile and furniture industries have suffered from low-cost, overseas competition. SOURCE

Obama’s Job Approval Rating VERY LOW! July 27, 2010

If you really want to see how poor a job Obama is doing as president then take a look at his rating below. The President is getting near the bottom of the barrel and hurting the democrats that are up for re-election in November. The Republicans are 10 points ahead of the democrats on the Generic Congressional Ballot Republicans 46%, Democrats 36%, this isn’t looking good for the democrats and Obama now is it!
