President silent on Obama-Blago link by Union Leader

Obama has been linked to the Blagojevich scandal  a union leader testifying that Barack Obama personally asked him to approach Rod Blagojevich about appointing Valerie Jarrett to his senate seat. So much for internal investigations at the White House! Obama should now be called to testify at the trial don’t you think!

The White House was mum Tuesday after a union leader testified that Barack Obama personally asked him to approach then Gov. Rod Blagojevich about appointing confidant Valerie Jarrett to his Illinois Senate seat testimony Republicans say clearly contradicts the Obama team’s version of events.
Defense lawyers and now the GOP have claimed that Balanoff’s version of events conflicts with Obama transition team lawyer Greg Craig’s report on his investigation into contacts between Obama’s inner circle and Blagojevich’s team.

US Supreme Court 5-to-4 extended the constitutional protection of the Second Amendment’s right to keep and bear arms

The US Supreme Court on Monday extended the constitutional protection of the Second Amendment’s right to keep and bear arms to every jurisdiction in the nation.
The 5-to-4 decision means that in addition to the federal government, state and local governments must comply with the high court’s 2008 landmark ruling recognizing an individual right to possess handguns in the home for self defense. SOURCE

The Suprine Court stands with the Second Amendment Rights as it should have. This will throw a monkey wench into Obama trying to ban guns.

New Black Panther Cover-up

By: J. Christian Adams: The New Black Panther case was the simplest and most obvious violation of federal law I saw in my Justice Department career. Because of the corrupt nature of the dismissal, statements falsely characterizing the case and, most of all, indefensible orders for the career attorneys not to comply with lawful subpoenas investigating the dismissal, this month I resigned my position as a Department of Justice (DOJ) attorney.

Most corrupt of all, the lawyers who ordered the dismissal – Loretta King, the Obama-appointed acting head of the Civil Rights Division, and Steve Rosenbaum did not even read the internal Justice Department memorandums supporting the case and investigation. Just as Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. admitted that he did not read the Arizona immigration law before he condemned it, Mr. Rosenbaum admitted that he had not bothered to read the most important department documents detailing the investigative facts and applicable law in the New Black Panther case. Christopher Coates, the former Voting Section chief, was so outraged at this dereliction of responsibility that he actually threw the memos at Mr. Rosenbaum in the meeting where they were discussing the dismissal of the case. The department subsequently removed all of Mr. Coates’ responsibilities and sent him to South Carolina. READ MORE AT SOURCE

From what I see the Obama administration  protected the  Black Panthers.  Say what if the KKK’s  were stationed at the entrance to a polling place, do you think they would have been protected or convicted?  Will the Black Panthers intimidate voters in the mid-term and 2012 elections?
