Judicial system accused of covering for Obama in ‘Walpingate’

Former Inspector General Gerald Walpin, whose dismissal by President Obama last year has been challenged by congressmen as potentially illegal political retaliation, is now stepping up the battle to get his job back, accusing the judicial system of stalling his case and, thus, doing the White House a convenient favor.
Court documents filed last week accuse U.S. District Court Judge Richard Roberts of failing to act within federally mandated time requirements and “doing nothing at all” to move the case forward.

Similarly, a joint congressional report by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., which found the administration had failed to comply with requirements of the law and “orchestrated an after-the-fact smear campaign to justify the president’s action,

Obama is considering a plan to lock up 13 million acres of federal land

A leaked partial document produced by the Bureau of Land Management and obtained by Fox News suggests the Obama administration is considering a plan to lock up 13 million acres of land and the Department of Interior is refusing to answer questions.

Those commercial activities create jobs and tax revenue for the states. Tax revenues from commercial activity on federal lands often pays for local schools. However, with the single stroke of his pen, President Obama can use the Antiquities of Act of 1906 to turn federal land into National Monuments.

Would this effect you, yes your taxes because the States would lose the tax revenues from this land and you and I would have to pay more taxes to replace what our State lose. What is Obama’s end game on his agenda? Taking over private companies, health care, banks and now locking up federal land from we the American people? 2012 can not come soon enough to kick this dictator out of the White House!

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said on Wednesday that Dr. Donald Berwick, an advocate of health-care rationing nominated by President Barack Obama to run Medicare and Medicaid, is “absolutely the right leader at this time” to run the government’s largest health-care entitlement programs.

Obama starts his rationing of our health care which will cut benefits to Americans on medicare. How can people vote for democrats that do such a thing to our parents and grand parents? Voters remember this in the November elections and clean the democrats our of Washington! Obama has to be stopped and it will take we the American voters to stop him.
