Regulatory Czar Cass Sunstein: Obama, not courts, should interpret law

Americans do you really think the interpretation of federal law should be made by Barack Obama?  Read what Sunstein has to say about who should interpretation federal law! 

The interpretation of federal law should be made not by judges but by the beliefs and commitments of the U.S. president and those around him, according to President Obama’s newly confirmed regulatory czar, Cass Sunstein.

“There is no reason to believe that in the face of statutory ambiguity, the meaning of federal law should be settled by the inclinations and predispositions of federal judges. The outcome should instead depend on the commitments and beliefs of the President and those who operate under him,” argued Sunstein.

Does Obama think that the American people are so dumb that we can not see what he’s up to? Wait a second, maybe he’s right cause we Americans are not doing much to stop Obama and his socialist government or dictator style leadership. People are we about at the point that we’re like people of other Countries that are ruled by dictators and the people have no power to remove the dictator?

People we should not only ask but we should demand our Congressmen to do something about Obama’s policies asap before we get to that point of no power by the people! Or are we there already?

Obama’s twisted ACORN roots – Track The Timeline!

ACORN, or the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, first noticed Obama when he was organizing on the far south side of the city with the Developing Communities Project. A March 2, 2008, Los Angeles Times article by Letta Tayler and Keith Herbert, titled “Obama Forged Path As Chicago Community Organizer,” explored Obama’s pre-law school days as a community organizer in Chicago and his efforts to build a partnership with Chicago’s “Friends of the Parks.”

“Obama’s task was to help far South Side residents press for improvement,” the Times article explained.

National Review Online noted, “Part of Obama’s work, it would appear, was to organize demonstrations, much in the mold of radical groups like ACORN.”

The Times article reveals that Madeleine Talbot, who at the time was a leader at Chicago ACORN, was thoroughly impressed with Obama because “he got people to vote with their feet.”

“At the time, Talbot worked at the social action group ACORN and initially considered Obama a competitor,” the article stated. “But she became so impressed with his work that she invited him to help train her staff.”

Talbott personally led Chicago ACORN’s campaign to intimidate banks into making high-risk loans to low-credit customers, Stanley Kurtz reported. Read More

There are many Obama connecting that has now been unearthed at the source of this article.  After reading about his connections to Acorn then go back to his friends such as radical Jeremiah Wright, William Ayers and all the Radical  Czars that he has surrounded himself with.  Let me ask you this question:  Where does Obama intend to take this great Nation of ours?  Down a radical far left path to socialist Country and to a Muslim law Country?  Think about it Americans, why would he want these radicals surrounding himself if he was not going to use them at their best skills?
