Why not have “cash for artists?” The government should stay the hell out of the free market and our personal lives and quit trying to engineer society. Why not have a program whereby the government sponsors a new small business enterprise that will eventually spawn more employees? How about a program whereby anyone that hires another individual will be given a 100 percent tax deduction on health insurance for themselves and their employees? How about a “tax holiday” for anyone that purchases ANY car from ANYWHERE?
