House Republican leader John Boehner Asks Obama & Dems: ‘Where Are the Jobs?’

Republicans concerned about the Obama administration’s big spending on economic stimulus, energy and health care are asking, “Where are the jobs?”

“The president and Democrats in Congress claim this spending binge is necessary to put Americans back to work,” House Republican leader John Boehner said Saturday in the Republican radio and Internet address. “They promised unemployment would not rise above 8 percent if their trillion-dollar stimulus was passed.

“But our nation has lost nearly 3 million jobs this year. Unemployment has soared above 9 percent. And now the president admits that unemployment will soon reach double digits.

“After all of this spending, after all of this borrowing from China, the Middle East, our children and our grandchildren, where are the jobs?” Boehner said. Read More

3 million jobs this year under Obama and I’m sure that it adds up to 3 million less votes for the democrats and Obama in the up coming elections!

Sandra Bernhard issues ‘gang rape’ warning to Sarah Palin

Sandra Bernhard issued a blistering warning to Sarah Palin during a performance of her new one-woman show.

The Republican V.P. nom would be “gang-raped by my big black brothers” if she enters Manhattan, Bernhard said. Palin is said to be making a campaign stop in New York next week. Read More

Unemployment Triples, States Going Broke

The lengthy recession has proved discouraging for the swelling ranks of unemployed Americans, and forced U.S. states obligated to pay them jobless benefits to pile debt on their already strained budgets.

Fifteen states have depleted their unemployment insurance funds so far, forcing them to borrow from the U.S. Treasury. A record 30 of the country’s 50 states are expected to have to borrow up to $17 billion by next year, said Rick McHugh of the National Employment Law Project, a nonpartisan advocacy group. Read More

Obama has made the recession worst with his spending spree! Obama owns this recession lock, stock and barrel now that he has been in the White House long enough to at least start a turn around on jobs! He has to be the worst president, yes worst than Carter!
