Obama Attorney Threatens Distinguished Veteran on Obama Birth Certificate Issue:WHY?

After the flippant dismissal by US Circuit Court Judge James Robertson of the lawsuit to attempt to determine whether Barack Obama is constitutionally eligible to serve as President, DC attorney John Hemenway received a letter from a lawyer representing Barack Obama and Joe Biden, his Vice President. The entire letter , written by Obama attorney Robert F. Bauer, states the following (and we note that there is no reference in this letter to an existing valid Birth Certificate for Barack Obama, as opposed to a Certificate of Live Birth, and there is no claim that a valid Birth certificate exists which can be shown to the American people, an act that immediately would shut down this query): “I represent President Barack Obama and Vice President Joseph Biden. According to Article II, Section 1 of the United States Constitution, no person except a “natural born citizen” (citizen at birth) shall be eligible to the office of President.

The question that needs to be answered definitively is what exactly is a “natural born citizen”? To understand this phrase, we need to look at the context in which it was written.

It is clear that the Framers included that phrase in the requirements for Commander in Chief because they wanted to ensure loyalty to the US Constitution and not give undue influence to any one country, group, or person.

Think your income tax check is safe when you send it off to the IRS? Think again. An ABC News investigation has uncovered case after case of checks being stolen, manipulated and cashed by contract employees responsible for processing them, resulting in delayed payments and heavily disrupted lives.

Last year, Miller sent a cashier’s check for more than $20,000 to the IRS, where it ended up in the hands of a Bank of America employee in Dallas who embezzled $485,539.76 in taxpayer remittance checks. Read More

Why should we not expect IRS Workers to steal our money? Obama does! Obama is stealing our children and grand kids money that they will earn for many years after we’re gone from this earth. We have to stop his spending spree.

We The People need to keep these Tea Parties going until we get results from Congress and Obama. But we need to march on Washington D.C. with a large Tea Party and planned far enough ahead to get everything right! Lets don’t stop before the job is finished.

Military Expert Ralph Peters: Fire Napolitano for Smearing Veterans (Obama should apologize for the report)

Military affairs expert Ralph Peters is calling for the firing of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano over a report warning that right-wing extremists could recruit U.S. veterans for violent anti-government activity.

Peters, a retired lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army who is now a columnist and author, also called on President Barack Obama to apologize for the report.

Veterans groups are up in arms over a footnote in the report, which was released last week by Homeland Security’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis, stating that violent acts could be committed by “right-wing extremists” concerned about illegal immigration, abortion, increasing federal power and restrictions on firearms — and singling out war veterans as vulnerable to recruitment.

Peters declared: “Let’s get right to it — she needs to be fired for her bigoted attitude toward our military veterans. And then give her a job at the International House of Pancakes because she’s good with waffles.” Read More

Forget War on Terror: Obama Warns of Right-Wing Radicals

Obama can add another feather to his cap: he is the First Black President to use the federal government to harass his demonize his political opponents while playing the race card.

That’s right: the Department of Homeland Security has released a report to law enforcement agencies warning that the election of the First Black President (TM), the deepening recession, and the return home of “disgruntled” soldiers from the Middle East is a potent cocktail for right-wing and white-supremacist groups.

Obama should be ashame of himself for allowing Janet Napolitano to make such stupid statements! This American says that not only Janet Napolitano needs to be fired, but so does her Boss Barack Obama for picking her in the first place. Obama is no better than Napolitano and has said things just as bad! Both need to go!
