Obama Enlists Army In Budget Fight – Congress Hears About ACORNs Extortion Racket

Congress Hears About ACORN’s Extortion Racket
In recent months demands for ACORN to be investigated under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) for repeated incidents of electoral fraud have been growing.

But voting-related fraud is just the tip of the iceberg.

ACORN runs a mob-style “protection” racket known within the radical direct-action group as the “muscle for the money” program, a lawyer told the House Judiciary Committee’s subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties today. Keep reading….

Former ACORN Employee: More Than Half Voter Registrations Invalid
More than half the voter registrations turned in by ACORN canvassers during the last election were not valid, according to testimony to be presented before a House Judiciary subcommittee.

The testimony is from Anita MonCrief, a former employee of an affiliate of the Association of Community Organizations. MonCrief, who was fired for improperly charging personal expenses to the ACORN affiliate, originally testified under oath as part of a request by the Republican State Committee in Pennsylvania for an injunction against ACORN. The request was denied. The FBI has been investigating the liberal community organizing group for possible voter registration fraud. Keep Reading…

And now the Obama Army!

Obama Enlists Campaign Army In Budget Fight
Several people closely involved in this campaign’s planning made it clear that they believe this is the moment Democrats have been waiting for since Obama’s election — the deployment of the volunteer army that helped catapult a freshman senator to the presidency.

Obama’s closest aides have been plotting for months when to make the move. Bringing Organizing for America under the umbrella of the DNC and installing a group of Obama loyalists — including Virginia Gov. Timothy M. Kaine as chairman and Jen O’Malley Dillon, a highly regarded campaign operative, as executive director — were aimed at re-creating the disciplined organization of the campaign.

  1. Curious to see how this business succeeds. If it piddles out, it will be a big embarrassment to the Oids and the DNC. If it actually takes off, it will annoy and possibly alarm a lot of people. Should I run into one of these sorry individuals, I’ll just say, “I hope he fails.”

  2. I guess I would say
I don’t like Obama or his Obammunist ideas and wouldn’t piss in his mouth if his teeth were on fire.

  3. I confess. I never listen to anything that Gibbs says at the press briefings. Early in the game…I found myself counting the number of “Uhhhhs..uhhs” he makes when answering a question. The other day I counted 14 in one minute!!! That might not be the record.

  4. Hey,
I probably would have crossed it out also. But I wouldn’t, His teeth could burn. Be a little more careful the next time.

  5. I haven’t heard Gibbs, but listening to Obama off-prompter is downright painful. The effort to say something passable without revealing his real thoughts and intentions must be exhausting for someone whose real thoughts and intentions are so foreign to most people. Look in his eyes, and you can see the gears in his brain just barely meshing.

  6. Check out my latest post “Now Obama has insulted French President Sarkozy!” and the links and you will see maybe why Obama is such a speaker! LOL
