Jimmy Carter is losing his worst president to being second worst to Barack Obama! Only a couple months in office and has so many Americans upset enough to protest against him and falling in his ratings are showing that the people are already tired of him! No experience hurts him the most.

Fannie Mae plans bonuses of up to $611,000 for 4 executives

Fannie Mae plans to pay retention bonuses of as much as $611,000 each to key executives this year as part of a plan to keep hundreds of employees from leaving the government-controlled company.

Rival mortgage finance company Freddie Mac is planning similar awards, but has not yet reported on which executives will benefit.

The two companies, which together own or back more than half of the home mortgages in the country, have been hobbled by skyrocketing loan defaults. Fannie recently requested $15 billion in federal aid, while Freddie has sought a total of almost $45 billion. Read More

Obama’s Teleprompter Meltdown

Irish Prime Minister Brian Cowen was just a few paragraphs into an address at a St. Patrick’s Day celebration at the White House when he realized something sounded way too familiar. Turns out, he was repeating the speech President Barack Obama had just given.

Cowen was set to speak twice at the White House on Tuesday night because there were two different parties going on at the executive mansion. No matter he would give the same speech to the two different audiences.

But Cowen was 20 seconds into his second address when it dawned on him that he was giving word for word the speech that Obama had just read from the same teleprompter.

Cowen stopped and looked back at the president to say, “That’s your speech.”

Obama laughed and returned to the podium to offer what might have been Cowen’s remarks. In doing so, President Obama thanked President Obama for inviting everyone over.

So much for great speeches by Obama when in fact all his speeches was witten for him and then gave to him by teleprompter. Seem to this American that Obama isn’t a great speaker, but maybe a great reader of teleprompters!
