Do you agree with the right to carry handguns openly in a holster? I think its better than concealed guns! But then again I agree with both ways openly in a holster or concealed.

Ohio already has a Concealed Carry Licence (CCL). You must take courses to apply for various types of guns, ie. handguns, rifles, shotguns and levels of proficency among them. I’m glad I live in a state where the government has evened the operating field so that citizens as well as crimals can carry guns. There are limitations on how the guns must be concealed.
Goodtimepolitics: Why would you be happy that crimals can carry guns, I rather that the law abiding citizen have more rights to carry than the crimals do! Or maybe thats not what you meant.
