I’m sure that the democrats didn’t want to wake-up to this sort of news today, but here you have it. Obama’s speeches and promises are starting to wear thin with the American people. There are people without jobs and nothing he is doing will help them get another job very soon…talking maybe a year or two down the road …How does he expect these people to feed their families and not lose everything they have in the main time?
I’ve always said that a person can read all the books they want and think they know it all, but when they get into the field doing the jobs they don’t always go by the directions of the book! Thats where experience comes in handy which Obama has done!

Obama’s biggest problem is that he’s ignorant – ignorant as only a wet-behind-the-ears academic thrust into the real world can be. All the liberal “Ayers- esque” crap they taught him at Harvard and Columbia don’t translate into any form of “street smarts.”
This is actually a good thing. If Obama had any real practical education in life, we’d be looking at a Black Hugo Chavez…

Well, john. The problem is this, BO has made many promises. He’s already begun breaking them. Bush didn’t leave all the mess, American’s and illegals did their part as well as the Clinton administration(ACORN).
When is this greatness going to show? He should’ve been ready as soon as he took office, instead of vacationing in HI. He spent more on his inaugaration “party” than Clinton and George Sr. and Jr. combined, knowing we have this huge deficit and our economy is in the toilet. He knew the mess he was walking into. Instead, they’re holding private concerts with the Jonas Brothers for their daughters, and complaining because someone had the nerve to make cute little dolls and name them after their girls. Even better, can you please explain to me why he would have his first public interview with a Muslim TV station? How many presidents have had their own tv station on tv? Dedicated to nothing but them. He’s made for Hollywood, not the White House.

I don’t trust the man, I never did, from the time he announced his run for presidency from a known terrorists home. I will always feel he has a hidden agenda, and he’s looking out for himself.
No one can agree on this stimulus package, and he’s nominating tax evaders into government positions. There’s too many unanswered questions, and the fact that he can lie, bold faced to America and still get nominated blows my mind! Frankly it scares the crap out of me. Until he does something amazing to bring America together (besides have a really big and expensive party and claim that his nomination is the end of racism), I will feel the same.

He’s got an agenda, yes, but he can’t reveal it in all its socialist splendor. And he knows how to handle our teen girl squad media, at least when he’s in the campaign mode. And he plays the teleprompter very well. And he knows about Stuff White People Like. He is clueless re how wealth is created, how legislative politics work, how the media is obliged to cover him now that he’s the Man. He finds a genuinely free press offensive. He has only a rough idea of how the other half lives, where the other half is most of us. He is baffled by war and innocent of historical knowledge. He is a hothouse flower of leftist academia and moneyed activism. He is a lightweight. No one told him there’d be days like this, certainly not his momma.

I wouldn’t worry too much about- or give much credence at to H.R. 45. The jabbering, poo-throwing racist, Rep. Bobby Rush (D-IL) introduced back on 01/06/09 and went straight to committee without a single cosponsor.
Version of this filth have been introduced yearly for some time and they all fail to gain any support.
Yes but its been awhile since we had so many democrats in congress and a president thats anti-guns! I would not count on anything with this fool that we have in office.
Normally I would agree with you on this matter, but the utter lack of cosponsors indicates that even the Liberals don’t want to touch this bill with stolen 10′ poles.
Just throwing this out there, but this weekend we had 7 more people activated in my unit to go over to Afghanistan. 32 total in all the units here in Great Lakes, just this weekend. The ones we have over there already aren’t scheduled to come home till the end of summer 09.
