This is not a new story. The Obama campaign failed during the primaries to produce a legal and valid birth certificate for Obama.
His legality to the Presidency has been in court already.
He was challenged in court by Plaintiff: PHILIP J. BERG in US District Court, Eastern District of PA back in August before the election. Then in December the Supreme court refused to hear a case from Leo Donofrio.

Now that we’ve settled that this is not just an isolated blurb by the Globe let’s get on with the real problem.
It does not matter at this time. Obama has won the election and the hearts and minds of millions of Americans. His birth certificate problems, his Resko problems, his Blagojevich…etc. problems will just be worn out speed bumps for his presidency.
Do we really expect the Feds to jump in and take him out of office….No!. Do we really want Joe Biden running the country….No!
There will not be a re-election. There will not be a conservative put into Office.
This issue and others will only serve to misdirect the media and the handful of us who are onto Obama and his agenda.
We are in a long-term battle to change the hearts and minds of the American people back to sensible reality based-free market-American Exceptionalism.
We need to stay diligent in gaining the trust of our friends and neighbors and relatives and teaching them about how great this country is and how destructive Obama’s policies will be.
There is war to be fought, we need a President who can focus on that war. I know it sounds far fetched at this time, but we need Obama focussed on the world wide war against Islamo-terrorism.
Unless we all believe that he is in cahoots with the enemy. In that case we have more hideous problem.
Let’s keep praying for the President and keep educating the American public.

By the way by the Supreme court refusing to hear a case does not make it right by the Constitution, maybe if they would have heard the case we would know the truth were obama is a citizen or not. This will not go away until Obama proves his citizenship.

Trust me here I am no fan of Obama. In fact I was following his Birth Certificate story during the primaries and into the general election.
You are correct that we need to follow the constitution. You are also correct that we need to hold our politicians accountable.
What I am saying is what next? Are we really talking about removing him from office or refusing to swear him in. This issue has been around for over six months and that hasn’t stopped him.
If something was going to come of it the Hillary and Bill machine would have dethroned Obama a long time ago. They are the pros with using these sort of issues to destroy their enemies.
Do you really think somehow Obama will be removed?
If he is removed, what will happen next?
I think this is a nowhere issue. We need to focus on educating the American electorate. He has so many dangurous beliefs, policies, and associates that I am more concerned about.
Can you imagine the riots and disintegration of our Democracy if Obama is found unqualified by the Half conservative mostly white Supreme court. I just don’t see this going anywhere. It is a mess whatever happens.
But I guess it does make for interesting speculation however.
So, believe me if we could have used this issue to keep him out of the election, I was all for it. Now, I am not as hot on the issue; we have an international terrorist war to address.

He has to be hiding something if he put his birth cert under lock and key. The American people have a right to know if he is a citizen or not. And, if you check the facts, FactCheck isn’t even talking about the birth ceritificate. They’re talking about the little computer printout deal that was scanned to O’s campaign site. T’ain’t a birth cerificate. Lotta smoke and mirrors here, including the claim that “the director of Hawaii’s Department of Health confirmed Oct. 31 that Obama was born in Honolulu” … a confirmation that was never made. I hadn’t realized just how sold out FactCheck really is.
In sum, 1) the original birth certificate has never been made public, nor has a facsimile, and the birth certificate is currently in the double secret custody of the Sate of Hawaii, and 2) diogenes has never said why he thinks Obama will not permit the release of the birth certificate.
And, riggword, you needn’t worry about a constitutional crisis, since a Kenyan birth can be finessed fairly simply; but it would be gratifying to see Obama forced to acknowledge at least one of his fabrications, and it would be healthy for the mass of Obama Oblivions to appreciate the contempt in which their Lightworker holds the Constitution.
Hey, if Obama was born in Kenya, I’d be right there with you. But there is NO credible evidence that even suggests that to be the case.
Some Kenyan government official who wants to promote tourism says “Yeah, Obama was born in Kenya”? That’s “evidence”?
A written affadavit from someone in America who heard a telephone conversation (through translators) in which Obama’s grandmother MAY have initially said he was born in Kenya, before she repeatedly said that no, he wasn’t born in Kenya, that she had misunderstood the question asked of her? That’s “evidence”?
There is NOTHING that would cause a disinterested person to believe that there’s even a chance that Obama was born in Kenya.

Obama has supposedly produced his birth certificate (which experts claim is a fake)…
But, what they really need is the certificate of live birth that is issued at the time of delivery.
Birth certificates do not always give the correct place of birth and are not issued until later.
Why would Obama put his birth certificate under lock and key? Have an answer Just Me? I sure don’t unless he hiding something!
