The study partly blamed Bush administration grant cuts to local police and juvenile crime prevention programs for the surge in crimes by young black men and teens. Incoming Vice President Joe Biden has promised funding to put 50,000 new police officers on the street to help bring violent crime rates back to a decade-long annual decline that began in the mid-1990s, after then-President Bill Clinton provided local officials with money to hire 100,000 new cops.

Bush is being blamed for young blacks commiting murder, if so then why has the young white murders not went up at the same pace? This report shows that young blacks murder more than young whites…WHY? Maybe its the black leaders not setting a good example!

My guess would be because blacks are nothing more than ghetto dwelling animals. I hear all the time about it being “african heritage month” here and there but honestly, take one look at africa and another at europe and then tell me who has heritage?
The best opportunities for blacks are in america, due to the political correctness crap, and yet they still manage to be the most worthless people on the planet. Why you asked? Easy.
The american constitution says all men are created equal, but even the bible doesn’t say that! This is because we AREN’T created equal and only an idiot liberal would think that we are. Blacks are less intelligent and more violent on average than other races.

Do you really believe all the black people who are in prison are there because the white man made them commit the crimes?

Ghetto dwelling animals? This is 2008 and the blacks that I see are as well off as most whites, driving new $40,000 cars, living in $100,000 homes and goes to the same schools as whites so I don’t call that Ghetto dwelling! There has to be a better reason for the crimes and I still think its because of poor leadership example by their elders. For example look at Obama Associations with Bill Ayers, Jeremiah Wright and “Tony” Rezko.

When I debated economist Steven Levitt over crime in Slate in 1999, he asked me what my prediction for future crime trends was: I replied that I figured that black teens are currently benefiting from the example of their many older brothers and cousins whom the crack wars left in jail, wheelchairs, or cemeteries, but that eventually a new cohort of black teens would come along without direct experience of the horrors of crack wars of 1988-1994, and the homicide rate would go back up again.

Narcotic use, sales, and addiction is a major problem Worldwide, it crosses all races. The problem increases daily.
The poor ends up in jail, the rich in treatment centers, and Therapist offices.
It is a vivious cycle, and a dangerous one.
Negative statements about any particular group will not solve this problem.

This was a study and not just Negative statements! It has nothing to do with poor black kids, there are also poor white kids vs. poor black kids and the murder rate is lower on the white kids! Not hard to figure out now is it George-the Vet! Its time to treat the blacks equal not better.
When your dealing drugs your taking risk at being shot,going to jail or ripped off by another drug dealer.When you know you can make some easy money,drive a MB or a Caddy and get the ladies for little effort then your odds are good you won’t get caught because there so many out in the streets dealing.this cycle will never end because of the laws in this country favor the the bad guy.Do you know the punishment in China for dealing or using drugs is death or life in prison.I say death to the ones who deal drugs,rape our sisters,murder our brothers and moleste our little brothers and sisters.To many this may sound cruel and unusal but if you want be free to walk these streets of our country again then must rid our country of the scum of the earth,if we don’t then we will become prisoners in our homes for the fear that now lurks outside your window someday.

I don’t know exactly what is causing the murder rate to surge. I just know I feel compelled to do something about it.
What is your suggestions for doing something about it Sandra? Again will welcome your answer.
This a small farm town Sandra and this happen in a span of time from 8:45 p.m. to 11:45 p.m so maybe we could use your suggestions!
