Liberals have reason to be concerned by Obama’s early moves?

Liberals should feel concerned about the fact that Obama has clearly backed away from a number of positions near and dear to the hearts of liberals. Those positions include (a) rolling back the Bush tax cuts, (b) the windfall profits tax he was pushing to impose on oil companies (and no, despite what Team Obama is claiming, this reversal has nothing to do with the fact that oil prices have come down; the Obama camp was just never serious about pushing matters) and (c) removing Robert Gates as Secretary of Defense and ending American troop involvement in Iraq within a 16 month timeline; thanks to a Status of Forces agreement having been successfully negotiated that will keep American troops in Iraq for three more years, Obama feels he no longer has to keep this promise.

Not only has Barack backed away from the promises names above, but he has turned his back on the gays that supported him with campaign funds. In other words the liberals has been suckered!  Now the liberals has to lower themselves to Barack’s standards to defend him on his policies!  How does that feel liberals?
