Clouds Still Over Presidential Election (Yes We Can)

As our republic embarks on a new presidential term of office, it faces a new kind of constitutional crisis. This new crisis to the republic plus an atmosphere of distrust arises from corrupted, power hungry politicians and their accomplices, the big media. Special interest abuses and partisan bias in the administration of justice are shameful acts of the servants of the people who have forgotten they have taken a sacred oath to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Today, millions of Americans question a conspiracy to overthrow the Constitution or those in higher powers are playing a game of tug o’ war with the nation. They question if this is indeed a conscious and deliberate effort to bypass the law of the land and ignore the will of the American people to find out the truth. American people deserve an answer.

Every American must show his or her Birth Certificate, for variety of reasons, in order to prove his or her identity. Is the President-elect, Barack Obama an exception to the rule? Is the President-elect going to voluntarily come forward and prove that he is indeed a natural born U.S. citizen or we are headed for a constitutional crisis that will end in an Obamagate?

All Americans that stand by The Constitution should read the complete story at the source. With all the corruption that we’re seeing today and the dirty campaigning during this election there is many reasons to suppect that our Constitution is in trouble. Look at the billions and billions of dollars being gave out for bailouts that the government can not answer a question of where is the money going. The Companies has said they can’t keep up with where they themselves are spending the billions of dollars and the government keeps handing it out as if they don’t care. Well people that money is ours that we paid in taxes and we have a right to know how it is spent!

Women Having Babies For Higher Income

Why don’t these women make responsible decisions when it comes to having babies just so they can get a bigger welfare check and more food stamps. The welfare program has to tighten down on these full time welfare couch potatoes!

For years, social scientists and Washington lawmakers have waged an emotional debate over whether welfare benefits affect behavior – whether single women were having children knowing they could support them at taxpayer expense. Now, as an array of welfare changes takes hold, the family cap is the principal revision aimed at severing the link between money and babies.

It seeks to send a message to poor women that having more children will only increase hardship and deprivation – not bring extra cash. That message is intended to be so clear and harsh that it will reach into the most private sexual relationships, persuading women to stop having children they cannot support.

U.S. Workers Crowding Out Immigrant Laborers – California posts 8.4% jobless rate, third highest in U.S. – More are moving out of California than in

U.S. Workers Crowding Out Immigrant Laborers
For the first time in a decade, unskilled immigrants are competing with Americans for work. And evidence is emerging that tens of thousands of Hispanic immigrants are withdrawing from the labor market as U.S. workers crowd them out of potential jobs. At least some of the foreigners are returning home.
A similar situation has emerged in U.S. cities from New York to Los Angeles, where unemployed, nonimmigrant laborers are seeking informal work that typically has been performed by low-skilled immigrants that once commanded a 50% premium over the hourly minimum wage.

The unemployment rate for immigrant Latinos was 6.4% in the third quarter of 2008, compared with 4.5% during last year’s third quarter.

California posts 8.4% jobless rate, third highest in U.S.
Reporting from Los Angeles and Sacramento — A loss of nearly 42,000 jobs last month pushed California’s unemployment rate to 8.4%, a 14-year high and the third-highest jobless rate in the country.

California’s November unemployment figure lagged behind only Michigan with its crippled automobile industry at 9.6% and Rhode Island at 9.3% after job cuts this year in retail, manufacturing and services.
Nationally, unemployment hit 6.7% in November. In Los Angeles County, it rose to 8.9% in November from 8.3% in October.

The state’s jobless rate was up from 8.2% in October, the Employment Development Department reported Friday.

And economists say the grim news isn’t over.

More are moving out of California than in

For the fourth year in a row, more residents left the Golden State than moved here from other states, according to a report released Wednesday by the California Department of Finance.
The outflow — last seen during the economic and social struggles of the 1990s — started when it became too expensive for most people to buy homes in the state, and has kept going throughout the bust with the loss of so many jobs.

The trend underscores the state’s sour economy as layoffs continue, the fiscal strain on government grows and home values continue to decline.

Though more births and rising international immigration helped boost California’s population a modest 1.16% last year, the state continued its steady stream of domestic out-migration — the movement to other states of people who live here.

During the last fiscal year, 135,173 more people moved out of California than moved in from other states.
