A group of conservatives plans to air a series of television ads to counter criticism of former Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin.
“Our Country Deserves Better” is raising money to air a series of TV advertisements voicing support for Gov. Palin. The group is headed by Howard Kaloogian, a California Republican and former state legislator.
All three versions of the ad — which are being streamed on the PAC’s website for now — feature group members complimenting Gov. Palin over her role in the 2008 campaign. Lloyd Marcus, a singer-songwriter and spokesman for the group, says to the camera, “Thank you, for the grace and dignity you showed even when some tried to smear and destroy you.”
Gov. Palin, who returned to Alaska on Nov. 5, the day after the election, has remained a focus of media attention. During a Thursday photo op featuring her pardoning a turkey before Thanksgiving, a television camera captured the governor talking to reporters against a backdrop of other turkeys being killed.
MSNBC is airing the clip with the headline: “Gov. Sarah Palin keeps talking while turkeys get slaughtered behind her.”

On one post she insinuates that Sarah Palin is John McCain’s latest “trophy girl.” Many who chime in with comments at her posts exhibit an astonishing willingness to believe on the basis of ethereal fumes. (One shining exception is Gerri; she candidly states that she’s pro-Obama, but says she wants proof because she doesn’t like rumors and blatant lies. Way to go, Gerri.)

Wanted? Well it looks like that the people of Alaska voted Sarah Palin as Gov by a large percentage. There is no reason to try and trash someone with stupid things everytime she says or does something! The left liberals are trashing her for a reason, they are worried that she will wake up the Republicans for a big come back in 2012 and if they keep up the trashing she will because the conservatives will support her!
I was pretty amused by the first guy in that “We Wuv You Sarah” video. He’s wiggling around like Pee Wee Herman, and his head is bobbling around like a bobble-head doll. How cute!
Palin was elected governor 2 years ago, long before she torpedoed John McCain’s run for the presidency. Palin entered the national limelight on the wings of the “she fought corruption within her own party” mantra when in fact she had been doing what she claimed others were doing before they were doing anything.
Yes, Palin was elected by a margin. But so was Ted Stevens. In 2002. But how were his results this year? Oh, right. He lost. And Palin’s not even the most popular governor in the nation any more. Not even in the top 5.

Isn’t New Jersey Obama land, yes he’s the one that didn’t know how many States were in the Union and his VP didn’t know when TV was invented. No one on the governor’s PR staff ever manages to be proofread. Even in these 3 tiny pieces, there is incorrect grammar on the graphics. Why is that? Will no professional PR person help her? It makes her look amateurish–like that photo shoot at the turkey slaughterhouse. Now people are calling her “Slaughterhouse Sarah.” Oh, and did you know Keith Olbermann has been sending her $$? Liberals are definitely not afraid of her; they are amused by her.

As for being “friends with Ayers,” I think he might be “associated” although not as closely as Sarah Palin is to the Alaska Independence Party. But hey, I realize your comment is “fact” whereas mine is just “smear.”
That’s the way it is with those of you whose noses are stuck high up her …Good thing she didn’t get elected VP cuz her first dud, and perhaps herself, would never get the security clearances needed to gain entry to the White House or the Naval Observatory!

You are not in Alaska and thats for sure! You need to stick to Obama and his friends and protect his over 100 lies! He has not done anything for you leftys as yet and don’t look like he will be doing anything! Obama hasn’t the experience to be president and thats why he has Bill Clinton and Hillary!
